Sculpting
: Well, as you can see in the pics, there is no O-ring.
However, the rest of the sculpt on these figures is remarkable.
Wet-Suit seems to have a lot of little handles sculpted
in, and a lot of detail in his highly styalized gear. His
best features are the excellent mask that comes off, and
the face you see underneath...by far the best sculpted face
of the lot. The Moray on the other hand does look truly
menacing, all black and grey. With a mask and red eyes sculpted
down to the very fine detail of several buttons on controls
on his breathing apparatus, he stands out as well. A perfect
score for this 2 pack on sculpting is definitely awarded.

Articulation : One could say that without the O-ring, there is slightly
less posability in the new Joe figures. That is true, but
they do retain all the other posability that they are known
for. Ball-and-Socket shoulders, swivel arm battle-grip (I
love saying that), knee joints, and ball-and-socket necks.
The necks are different in that that they can bend down
and up a little further, and can turn around 360 degrees,
allowing for some great head poses that the first Joes in
1982 did not have, and improved slowly through the 80s and
90s. To replace the O-ring, we get a standard straight leg
up and down for the upper leg, and right to left torso joint.
Both Wet-Suit and Moray seem to have straight down
molds on their legs, so when they sit they seem to fit in
most veichles. Since you won't find these guys really on
any land based veichle, they are perfectly posable for swimming
manauvers. That being the case, and they are Joes, they
should still fit well in most veichles. How the legs are
molded and posable hurt this score some, but not too badly.

Accessories : In this category, one is lacking, and the other is ok, saved
by one cool accessory. Wet-Suit has a harpoon gun that he
can't hold, no matter what I do, and a small backpack (Torpedo's
original mold of a backpack) that seems too small for this
suit. However, he is saved by the really nice mask that
he comes with, which fits perfectly on him, and looks good
on or off. The Moray comes with a weird looking sci-fi looking
rifle, and a trident he can't really hold. Both figures
do come with nice webbed diver feet, which helps to salvage
a little from this category's rating. Over all, not bad
stuff, but I could have had a little more...not sure what,
just something more.

Painting and Design: Here is another example of great painting on a figure on
a small scale. Wet-Suit has a mix of four different colors,
and on two that I got, I found no runs, no smudges. If only
all figures paint jobs could be so flawless. As for the
Moray, he too is painted extremely well, from the red in
his eyes, to the grey and black tones all over him being
perfectly seperated. As for design, the look on the Moray's
mask is truly scary, and Wet-Suit looks like a more modern,
or maybe a little in the future, diver, with all sorts of
stuff with him...and his head sculpt is well worth the cost
of this two pack.

Overall
I think for the money (mostly $7 to $8 ) this two pack is
well worth it. From the cool look of the two figures, to
their ok accessories, to the awesome sculpts. Personally,
I like having the chance to have a figure of Wet-Suit where
we can see his face for once, and what a good looking face
sculpt it is. Plus, with only one screw in the new design,
if I were a kid and played with these in the water..only
one screw might get rusty over time. Not bad for a revamp
of a cool figure line. If you see this two pack, I highly
recommend it.
