Sculpting
: Well, re-using an old sculpt here makes sense for this intermediate
set from Hasbro for GI Joe. General Hawk...er, I mean Tomahawk,
is a re-use of an old Talking figure that was even used recently
in the A Real American Hero Collection in 2000. A great updated
look for him. And Headman has his same suit and tie with him...and
even though looks kinda goofy, works for him because he is
a drug dealer character. And they all look goofy anyway.

Articulation : The articulation is the same as the older ARAH line...which
is perfect for this size anyway...so I need not say any more
:)
Articulation - 10
Accessories : As usual, each figure comes with one or more guns, and some
accessory to go with them, such as a back pack for the General,
and a grenade Launcher ?!!? for the Headman. There is also
the return of the figure stands, missing from the first wave
of GI Joe VS Cobra figures. I am glad to see that return,
and helps the score go higher.
Accessories - 8
Painting and Design: The new paint job on General Tomahawk makes more military
sense this time, and event he glasses he wears are more detailed.
A big plus for him. As for the Headman, gone is the pinstripe,
pimp-daddy suit he had, and here comes the orange/yellow,
pimp-mack-daddy look for him :) Still, he looks great.
Painting and Design - 10
Overall
Another hit for Hasbro here I predict as these are two awesome
repaints of older Joe figures. Plus, with the skin tone now
matching even with the newer GI Joe VS Cobra line, they fit
in perfectly, especially with O-rings. Pick these up soon,
cause I think when they are gone, they are gone ....
